We Launch in a Week

Welcome, friends and strangers. If all goes well, in about a week's time, I'll be posting articles here about my 2010 trip to Egypt.

Well. I say that now. But in the spirit of full disclosure, I have to admit that I do tend to wander a bit when I write. So what may start as a fascinating description of the pyramids of Giza ("very big, very old") may well end up as a slightly less fascinating review of the restaurant where I had lunch, or the rush-hour traffic conditions, or who-knows-what. What I will guarantee is that it's something you probably haven't read before.
